Please remember if your order contains Special Order Items It will not be shipped until the timeframe that was listed for the relevant Special Order Period listed

Please Note you are liable for any import taxes, duties & charges that your country levies as this is not our responsibility as all orders are sent DDU.

All UK Orders Under £50 Incur a Flat Fee of £2.99

All UK orders over £65.00 are FREE Shipping

We send all our items with a tracked and weighed service in strong sealed bags for maximum security.

For International Orders we have Automated Shipping for all countries!

This is calculated by weight at checkout in bands of 500g but we have just introduced a new 0-250g band -  often you can add items and the shipping cost will not change.

Economy Service takes up to 30 working days for delivery and is Uninsured but we provide proof of posting and you are covered for £20 value. You are therefore responsible for any additional losses. This service starts at just £5

Express Service takes between 2-10 working days on average and is an Insured and Tracked or Signed for service, you are therefore covered for any loss. This service starts at just £9.75

Please Note with many non EU destination it is cheaper to place separate orders where weight exceeds 2KG. This is especially relevant to Canada and South America

You are responsible for receiving your parcel.  If you fail to receive it or collect as requested by you local postal service, and the parcel is returned to us, you are responsible for paying exact cost of shipping to resend the item.  In order to avoid this please follow your tracking or contact your local postal service if  you believe the parcel to be late.

Also for Overseas Customers If Your Parcel is Returned Due to You Failing to Pay the Import Taxes, after having agreed to do so in our T&Cs, a 10% handling Fee Will be deducted from your refund along with the original cost of shipping. 

You also have no legal right to cancel your order after it has been dispatched
