Dispatch dates are Estimations only and could be subject to small changes based on external factors. However should our dispatch dates exceed 21 working days after those listed you will be entitled to a refund.

Also if you decided to cancel your order before the dispatch date, you have 7 days from the order date in which to do so and there will be a 20% fee charged.
