Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE all Special Order items are NON REFUNDABLE as are sourced at your request so please ensure you measure correctly as we cannot be held responsible for the wrong sizes being ordered. See How To Measure Your Dog Page for assistance or feel free to contact us for advice

Dispatch dates are Estimations only and could be subject to small changes based on external factors. However should our dispatch dates exceed 21 working days after those listed you will be entitled to a refund.

If you decide to cancel your order before the dispatch date, you have 7 days from the order date in which to do so and there will be a 20% fee charged. Once the Special Order Period has closed orders cannot be cancelled. See our Terms & Conditions at checkout for more information on special orders.

Please ensure you Never accept a parcel that has been tampered with in any way and report any damage to us immediately with details and where possible photographs so we can pass to the courier for investigation. All reports of damage product where there is no parcel damage must be made within 7 days of receipt. 

You are responsible for receiving your parcel.  If you fail to receive it, pay required duties & taxes or collect as requested by your local postal service, and the parcel is returned to us, you are responsible for paying exact cost of shipping to resend the item.  In order to avoid this please follow your tracking or contact your local postal service if  you believe the parcel to be late.

Any discount Codes must be entered before completing the transaction and cannot be applied afterwards if you fail to do this.
