Refund policy

Our policy for exchanges lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. For valid refunds the period is 14 day’s but this excludes all Special Order Items.
All returns to us must be Pre authorized and you are liable for the cost of postage to return and ensuring its safe arrival. All returns from outside the UK must also complete the correct paperwork for a return to ensure no customs charges are levied as we will not pay these and your return will be returned to you. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels fully attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and in the case of the wrong item or size being ordered, you will also need to pay the actual shipping cost for a replacement to be sent out to you. Therefore we advise strongly that you double check all measurements to ensure you order the correct size.

Special Order items are non refundable. Please note that delivery guidelines are to be deemed an estimation only and delays may occur especially in the cause of force majeure incidents. Further information can be found out our special and pre order collection pages on our homepage.

You may cancel a Special Order within 7 days of placing it but there will be a 20% surcharge for doing so and no cancellations are permissible once the Special Order Period has closed

Any discount Codes must be entered before completing the transaction and cannot be applied afterwards if you fail to do this. 

Please note regular orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

For Overseas Customers If Your Parcel is Returned Due to You Failing to Pay the Import Taxes, after having agreed to do so in our T&Cs, a 10% handling Fee Will be deducted from your refund along with the original cost of shipping. If the parcel takes more than 60 days to be returned to use due to your abandonment, you will only be entitled to a credit note calculated as per above.
