It is important that you read our website before placing your order (and use google translate where needed) In order to be clear of the timeframes and conditions when including Special Order Items in your order.
We list EXTENSIVELY about special orders - on EVERY product page in red! At check out in the Terms & Condition you have to agree you have read and accept and also as an extra warning. Finally on the confirmation email we warn again to be sure on timeframes for Special Order Items.
If you need your clothes sooner we suggest you chose from our in stock range which is ready to ship. Or ensure you chose express shipping at checkout!
