There continues to be issues with Royal Mail Tracking since their cyber incident so please be patient. You can often get more accurate tracking information from your countries own postal websites than ours right now.
If customs fees are payable in your country your parcel may either show as in limbo and as having only left the UK or at a logistic centre in your country. You will need to contact customs direct to get the parcel moving to you and delivered as they will not release the parcel until the relevant fees are paid and as per our T&Cs you agree to, if these are not paid and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed you forfeit 10% of the order value.
