Some Basic Policies
We send all our items with a tracked and weighed service in strong sealed bags for maximum security.
Please ensure you Never accept a parcel that has been tampered with in any way and report any damage to us immediately with details and where possible photographs so we can pass to the courier for investigation.
Any claim for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
We are happy to exchange items if you order the wrong item, however please note that you will need to return them in new condition with labels attached in original packaging via a service which proves proof of posting or receipt and also include the postage and packing fee for replacement items to be sent back out to you.
Please note all Special orders are non refundable and cannot be exchanged so please ensure that you order the correct size for your dog
