What You Need To Know Now The UK Has Left The EU
As you are aware the Brexit Transition Period Ended on January 1st 2021. Whilst a deal has been done whereby there are no tariffs, each EU country can still charge Taxes on imported goods bought from outside the EU. THIS MEANS THAT YOU AS THE CUSTOMER ARE LIABLE FOR PAYING ANY IMPORT TAXES & CHARGES YOUR COUNTY LEVIES ON PURCHASES MADE FROM US. This has always been a part of our terms & conditions since starting as has been the case in countries like the USA, Canada, Australia, Iceland, Switzerland & Norway to name but a few, but will now included all EU countries.
I know this will be disappointing news and it was not what we had hoped for either, especially after sharing the goods news that the Brexit deal meant no UK charges would be levied so you would see no changes when ordering from us at Point of Sale.
All is not lost though! Remember we sell For My Dog Product at 25-40% less than most countries so you can continue to shop with us and make savings!
