PHASE 2 Pre Orders, Special Orders & Arriving Soon

Today we have emailed all customers with relevant orders the below with regards to the Very Minimal Delay to Dispatch

 

Dear Valued Customer

Firstly, we want to thank you for shopping with us and choosing from the Pre Order Phase 2 or Special-Order Collections.  As you will be aware we listed any orders containing these items as being dispatched Late October and encouraged you to split your orders if you wanted any available lines sending sooner. The good news is our shipment is en route to us and was due to arrive this week so everything would be on time as we listed.  The bad news is that sadly once again as we near peak period global freight shipping is experiencing some delays.  Im sure you are aware of the global crisis with sea freight and will understand that Air Freight, which we use is also still experiencing challenges, partly because of increased volume but also due to there still being a lot less planes in the air due to the global pandemic.  This means sometimes our shipments are sat en route waiting for a plane due to a backlog, or waiting to clear a backlog in customs.  This is disappointing to us as our Freight shipping costs have doubled – something which we have not passed on to our customers and we pay for a timed service whilst also building extra time to allow for delays.  It is therefore very sad for us to have to inform you that our shipment will not reach us this week as planned. Having spoken to our shipper they seem confident it will reach us next week but cannot stipulate the day right now.  So the good news to you is that the delay will be minimal and im sure you are aware from the Terms & Conditions you agreed at checkout & that are always visible on our website that our delivery timelines are stated to be guidelines only and may be subject to delays.  Nonetheless we wanted to show you that we do care about these things happening and wanted to keep the communication flowing and keep you in the loop over this very minimal delay.
